An occasional series in which writers speak for themselves.

Anthony M. Amore, co-author of Stealing Rembrandts: The Untold Stories of Notorious Art Heists and author of The Art of the Con: The Most Notorious Fakes, Frauds, and Forgeries in the Art World, comes by his expertise honestly: He’s head of security at Boston’s Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. His insider knowledge is again on display in his latest work, The Woman Who Stole Vermeer: The True Story of Rose Dugdale and the Russborough House Art Heist, which Library Journal calls “a captivating book that will entertain fans across genres with its seamless blend of true crime, biography, and art history.”
Amore discussed his new book with WYPL’s Stephen Usery in late January. This podcast comes courtesy of WYPL Book Talk in Memphis. Listen to it here.
