Former CIA analyst David McCloskey once wrote regularly for the classified President’s Daily Brief. Now he has written his first novel, Damascus Station, which People magazine says is a “propulsive thriller [that] is at once a master class in spy craft and a poignant story of forbidden love set during the brutal Syrian civil war.”
