An occasional series in which writers speak for themselves.
A professor of history at the University of Maryland, Richard Bell is also the author of Stolen: Five Free Boys Kidnapped into Slavery and Their Astonishing Odyssey Home, a finalist for both the George Washington Prize and the Harriet Tubman Prize. His new book is The American Revolution and the Fate of the World, which Kirkus says is “written in clear, accessible prose — with entertaining minutia…that will appeal to general readers with an interest in history.”
Bell discussed The American Revolution and the Fate of the World with author/attorney Talmage Boston last week. Listen to the podcast here.
