Authors on Audio: Roxane Gay

A professor at Rutgers and contributing opinion writer at the New York Times, Roxane Gay is also the author of multiple bestselling books, including Bad Feminist, Hunger: A Memoir of (My) Body, and Difficult Women. Her newest work, on which she served as editor, is the anthology The Portable Feminist Reader. Says Kirkus, “With its capacious perspective, the collection speaks to a range of feminist concerns, past, present, and future.” Gay discussed The Portable Feminist Reader with Stephen Usery in May.
