Check out a book by an African-American author at the Bellevue Neighborhood Library location. 2. Take a selfie with the book on Instagram and tag @dcpubliclibrary and @90skidult. 3. Claim your mystery prize before March 16. For prize redemption, ask for Ms. Portia. Prizes are limited and varied. One prize per customer.
