We’re committed to elevating diverse voices in the DMV writing community. That’s why we’re pleased to offer five full BIPOC Scholarships to the 2026 Washington Writers Conference in May!

Scholars will have access to every aspect of the event, including agent-pitch sessions, panels, keynotes, lunch, and networking opportunities. (Note: Scholarships do not include travel and/or accommodations.) Applicants must be at least 18 years old, reside in the DC Metro area, and be available to attend in person.
