
Ronald W. Meister is a member of the New York City law firm Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman, P.C., where he concentrates on commercial litigation, intellectual property and military law. He is the author of articles and reviews published in the Yale Law Report, the New York Law Journal, and the A.B.A. Journal, with such titles as “Justice Tempered with Murphy,” “An Ensign for the Coffin,” and “The Day the Common Law Stopped.” He is an avid reader of naval fiction, a member of the C.S.
