Goldstein is also author of Real Americans: National Identity, Violence, and the Constitution. Ken I. Kersch, a professor of political science at Boston College, calls the book “essential reading for anyone hoping to understand some of the most disturbing currents of contemporary American politics.” Goldstein discussed Real Americans during a two-part interview with WYPL’s Stephen Usery earlier this spring.
